What this website collects

Nothing by itself. There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookie. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). To deliver pages and keep the site secure, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type in short-lived server logs (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Booking a call

The booking calendar on the contact page is provided by Cal.com Inc. (USA) and loads only after you choose to show available times. Cal.com then sets its own cookies and receives technical data from your browser. If you book a call, Cal.com processes the details you enter so we can meet (legal basis: steps prior to a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). See Cal.com’s privacy policy.

Email and quote requests

If you email us or request a quote, we use your message only to reply and to prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and keep it for as long as the conversation or any resulting contract requires, then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in the Czech Republic that is the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
