Case study

Scott.Weber Workspace

Scott.Weber Workspace runs coworking spaces and serviced offices in Prague and Ostrava. Every location has its own address, reception and events, and every one of them has to look and sound like the same brand.

The challenge

Before Crewkit, the team produced everyday materials by hand. Nobody did it badly. There just wasn’t a tool that made the right way the easy way.

  • Flyers – rebuilt from old files or queued for a designer
  • Signs and notices – made in Word, each one slightly different
  • Client emails – copied from old threads, with wording and date formats that drifted
  • Signatures and business cards – set up by hand, person by person

One real need at a time

Crewkit didn’t arrive as a big project. It started with a few tools and grew with the team.

  1. January 2026

The first tools go live: event flyers in the brand, client email templates and information signs.

  2. February–March 2026

Gift vouchers, digital and printed business cards, email signatures, the event calendar and a flyer for corporate events.

  3. Spring–summer 2026

Handover protocols, a new block editor for client emails, bilingual signs, vouchers with unique codes and an Excel export.

  4. August 2026

The house-style proofreader: the client’s writing rules plus AI that fixes only real errors.

  5. Autumn 2026

Tools that work together (flyer → invitation email with translation) and the toolkit reaches front desk, marketing, sales and HR: meeting-room screens with a guest guide, a client onboarding guide with an interactive floor plan, shift checklists, a brand hub, sales microsites and job ads.

Three tools up close

Event flyer → invitation email

The front desk fills in the event once, downloads a print-ready flyer and turns it into an invitation email in Czech and English with one click.

Client email templates

A shared library of approved emails. Placeholders must be filled before copying, and the proofreader checks every message before it goes out.

Information signs

House rules, notices and Wi-Fi signs in one or two languages. Text shrinks to fit, so every sign looks finished.
